FOUR LETTERS. A FEW POSSIBILITIES.

The way to FEET.

Easy to pick up. A lovely little thing to get lost in.

01

Change one letter.

Look at the last word in your trail. Type a new four-letter word, changing exactly one letter in the same position.

02

Make it a real word.

Every step needs to be in the game’s English dictionary. Press Enter to submit. An invalid guess won’t add a move.

A LITTLE CLARITY

A few good questions.

What is Feetle?

Feetle is a four-letter word ladder game. Start with a word and change one letter per move, using valid English words, until you reach FEET. Play the daily challenge or keep going with unlimited puzzles.

When does the daily puzzle change?

A new puzzle opens every day at 08:00 UTC (16:00 in Beijing). Everyone on this site gets the same daily start. If you’re midway through yesterday’s puzzle, you can finish it before switching.

Why isn’t my word accepted?

A word must have four letters, differ from your current word in exactly one position, and appear in our dictionary. The dictionary uses SCOWL’s English and American word lists. Some names, abbreviations, regional spellings and uncommon words aren’t included.
